Costs

The 2012 program fees include: room and board (in a double) in Kingston, room in China, registration, tuition, and cultural activities.

  • Eight week program: $4,150* (not including Airfare/Transfer airfare of $1750**)
  • Four week program (URI portion only): $2,650*
  • Four week program (ZJU portion only) CHN 112 in China: $3,150* (not including Airfare/Transfer airfare of $1750**)


*Single rooms are available upon request at an extra charge of $500.

**Group airfare R/T from Providence or Boston to Shanghai will be arranged by the URI Chinese Summer School and added to the total program fee.

Textbooks are not included. Meals in China are not included.  An application fee of $150 is required and will be applied to the total.

Refund Policy
The application fee is non-refundable. Airfare is non-refundable after April 10. 100% refund of program fees prior to May 1. Cancellation on or after May 2 prorated on a case by case basis..
