With Summer halfway over, we are proud to announce that we are continuing to improve the classroom experience for all URI students and faculty. We are currently updating the media equipment in Chafee 271 and in Edwards Auditorium to meet the growing technology needs in the classroom.

We are experiencing a problem with Sakai that is intermittently preventing users from logging on. We've had to restart Sakai in an attempt to stabilize the system.We have not had the opportunity to test Sakai with such a large number of users logged on, and are doing everything we can to resolve the situation.
