The Program Office is located upstairs in the D wing of the Fine Arts Center Room D206, near the practice rooms, and is open on a part-time basis, so please call ahead if you plan to visit!

All lessons and classes take place in the music department in the Fine Arts center on the URI campus in Kingston.
Piano classes take place in the state-of-the–art piano laboratory in the H wing behind Will Theatre.
Private lessons are given in the practice rooms upstairs in the
D wing and in faculty studios.
Student teachers are prohibited from giving lessons off campus.
Any exceptions to this regulation MUST be cleared with the director.
Parking is allowed in the Fine Arts lot only if you have a CMP hang tag with a current sticker.
New students: You must obtain a plastic hang tag from the Community Music Program office (which will be good for the session) or a visitor pass from the information booth for one time use.
Returning students: You will need a new sticker to update your old hang tag each session. You will not be issued a new hang tag. If you discontinue lessons in the program, please return your hang tag to the program office.
