1. Course Title: Taijiquan
Course Description: This 18-session course introduces the basic concepts, components, and practice of Taijiquan (Tai Chi) including the understanding of the difference between Taiji and Kong Fu. The students will learn what it is and how to practice 24-Step Simplified Tai Chi in terms of fitness exercises and mental meditation.
Class Time: Mondays and Thursdays: 9:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m. from September 22nd to November 24th (No class on October 13th).

3. Course Title: Welcome to China—Culture and Community
Course Description: This is an introductory Chinese language course for those who would like to travel to China or do business in China.
Class Time: Tuesdays: 5:00 – 6: 45 p.m. from September 23rd to December 9th (No class on November 4th & November 11th)

4. Course Title: Conversational Chinese for Children
Course Description: This is a 10-session course for students with no previous Chinese language background and for the learners of age 5-10 years old. Students will learn daily conversations in Chinese and some Chinese songs.
Class Time: Mondays: 4:15-5:15 p.m. from September 23rd to December 9th (No class on October 13th).

5. Course Title: Conversational Chinese for Teens
Course Description: This is a 10-session course for students with no previous Chinese language background and for the learners of age 11-17 years old. Students will learn daily Chinese conversations, Pinyin, and basic Chinese characters.
Class Time: Mondays: 5:30-6:30 p.m. from September 23rd –December 9th (No class on October 13th).
