1. Course Title: Welcome to China—Culture and Community
Course Description: This is an introductory Chinese language course for those who would like to travel to China or do business in China.
Class Time: Friday: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. 26th to December 5th (No class on November 28th)
Classroom: Rm 211 at 210 Building on Flagg Road.
Instructor: Dr. Min Chen
Fees: 10 sessions at $10 per session.
2. Course Title: Conversational Chinese for Children
Course Description: This is a 10-session course for students with no previous Chinese language background and for the learners of age 5-10 years old. Students will learn daily conversations in Chinese and some Chinese songs.
Class Time: Wednesday: 4:15-5:15 p.m. from September 24th to December 3rd (No class on November 26th).
Classroom: Rm 210 at 210 Building on Flagg Road.
Instructor: Ms. Haiying Xu
Fees: 10 sessions at $15 per session.
3. Course Title: Conversational Chinese for Teens
Course Description: This is a 10-session course for students with no previous Chinese language background and for the learners of age 11-17 years old. Students will learn daily Chinese conversations, Pinyin, and basic Chinese characters.
Class Time: Wednesday: 5:30-6:30 p.m. from September 24th to December 3rd (No class on November 26th).
Classroom:Rm 210 at 210 Building on Flagg Road.
Instructor: Ms. Haiying Xu
Fees: 10 sessions at $15 per session.
4. Course Title: Chinese Dance Class for Children
Course Description: Students will learn Chinese children’s dance and songs.
Class Time: Saturdays: 10:00-10:50 a.m. (Age Group: 5-8 years old) from September 20th to December 6th (No class on October 11th & November 29th).
Classroom: Rm 210 at 210 Building on Flagg Road.
Instructor: Ms. Yuan Li
Fees: 10 sessions at $12 per session.
5. Course Title: Chinese Dance Class for Young People
Course Description: Students will learn basic Chinese dance.
Class Time: Saturdays: 11:10-12:00 p.m. (Age Group 9-12 years old) from September 20th to December 6th (No class on October 11th & November 29th).
Classroom: Rm 210 at 210 Building on Flagg Road.
Instructor: Ms. Yuan Li
Fees: 10 sessions at $12 per session.
