Chinese Culture Summer Camps, 2009

A. Chinese Culture Summer Camp for Kids (5-10 years old):

Date: July 18, 2009 and/or August 8, 2009.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Location: URI Multicultural Center, Rm201.

Purpose: To learn Chinese culture and tradition.

Activities: This one-day Summer Camp will provide students with activities such as learning Chinese children songs, Chinese paper cutting, Chinese painting, and more.

 

B. Chinese Culture Summer Camp for Young People (11-18 years old):

Date: July 25, 2009 and/or August 22, 2009.

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Location: URI Multicultural Center, Rm201.

Purpose: To learn Chinese culture and tradition.

Activities: This one-day Summer Camp will provide students with activities such as learning Chinese songs, Chinese paper cutting, Chinese painting, Chinese calligraphy, discussion of Chinese culture and tradition, and more.

Fess:
Fees for each summer class: $150 ($15 per session for 10 sessions).

Fees for Summer Camp: $70 ($60 tuition + $10 material fee) per day.

Registration and payments will be due before or on May 18th, Monday, 2009 for courses, and July 15th, Wednesday, 2009 for Summer Camp. Registration is paid in full. No refunds.
A minimum enrollment of 5 students is required for a course to run.
