Convocation Center Campaign edges over $10 million mark

URI raises 65 percent of $15 million goal for Convocation Center

URI announces $1.4 Million in new gifts for URI Convocation Center

The University of Rhode Island has raised $5.7 million toward a $15 million private fund-raising goal set for the Convocation Center project, it was announced today by Gov. Lincoln C. Almond, URI President Robert L. Carothers, and Thomas M. Ryan, president and chief executive officer of CVS Corp.

The Washington Trust Company donates  $100,000 to three major URI building projects

The Washington Trust Company has donated $100,000 to the University of Rhode Island to support its three highest-priority capital projects.
