  1. For females of breeding age, allow breeding of the animal at the direction and expense (either artificially or naturally) of the owner.  The resulting offspring shall be the property of the owner who shall take possession of the offspring at ________ days of age.

 

  1. Bear all livestock expenses incurred in transporting and/or exhibiting the animal.  The 4-H’er may keep any premiums or awards while exhibiting the animal for the duration of this contract.

THE OWNER AGREES TO:

 

  1. Hold title to said animal at all time.

 

  1. Assume all legal responsibility as owner of the animal listed above and not hold the 4-H’er liable for any injury or death of the animal, except those due to negligence on the part of the 4-H’er.

 

  1. Bear all livestock expenses normally incurred in raising such an animal unless otherwise noted under #6.

 

  1. Not exhibit the animal during the time this contract is in effect.

 

  1. Refrain from participating in the preparation of the animal for any show entered.
