	4-H STAFF RHODE ISLAND 4-H PHOTO FINE ARTS FAIR Held every year in the spring WARWICK MALL, Warwick, RI The 25^th Annual 4-H Photo Fine Arts Fair will be held in 2008! 4-H members as part of the Communications and Expressive Arts program create artworks throughout the year. They then bring these original artworks to the Warwick Mall to be judged and exhibited. The 4-H members receive recognition and compete for ribbons and the title "Best of Show."
