Airport Pick Up
Every year we have many new Chinese students & scholars joining to URI community. In order to convinent our work, we wish to suggest our newcomers:
1.Try to contact your alumni, friends, or the fellow students in your future department first to ask for their help. Usually, they would be glad to offer help.
2.Try to contact the other new students and book the ticket together before you leave, which would make our picking up a lot easier.
3.Please buy your ticket to Providence airport (PVD), it would be very difficult for us to pick you up from Boston or New York etc.
4.Please let us know your name, the flight number and the exact arriving date and time at least 5 days in advance. If there is any change in your trip, please contact us as soon as possible.
5.Please be advised that this service may not be free (based on our resource). You may be asked for paying the gas and the parking etc.
6.Should you have any difficulty in this, please feel free to contact the current president.
