Student ID Policy:
New Student ID Cards:
The Campus Access Office produces video-imaged Student I.D. cards with a seperate stripe for "debit-vend" Services.
- Your photo and library identification number are printed on the front of the card
- Please do not punch any holes in the card.
- Please read the disclaimer on the back of your card.
Student I.D. Replacement Charges:
There is no charge or encoding fee for the first issue of a card.
- Replacement of a computer worn card with exchange of old card - No fee.
- Replacement of an expired card with the exchange of old card - No fee.
- Replacement of a damaged card with the exchange of old card - $5.00 fee.
- Replacement due to lost or stolen card - $10.00 fee.
