The Ram Account is designed to provide U.R.I. students, faculty and staff with a convenient, safe and efficient system for making purchases from participating vendors. After adding a Ram Account to your Student I.D. card you are eligible to make purchases at any participating campus locations. Your account will automatically be debited and you can check your available balance at anytime. Additional money can be added to your account at anytime during the semester. Ram Account funds can be used year round and balances transfer from year to year.

• Print and mail the form HERE, with your first deposit and/or Commuter Meal Plan selection.

• Stop by the Campus Access office in the Memorial Union to open your account.

Refunds of deposits remaining in the Ram Account at the end of the academic year will be transferred to the next fiscal year. The unused balance minus a $ 50.00 administrative fee will be refunded upon request when leaving the University of Rhode Island. VEND stripe balances are NONREFUNDABLE.
