How was e-Health established?
In the fall 2002, faculty in the College of Pharmacy received a grant from the National Library of Medicine to develop a web portal that identifies high quality consumer health information on the Internet.

How is a website selected to be part of the e-Health portal?
Websites are evaluated for reliability, accuracy, and readability. Promotional websites are avoided. The websites are reviewed regularly to be sure the links remain functional and appropriate for e-Health.
