URI State Employees:

Online Timecards are here!

We are Done!

We are pleased to announce that the University has migrated to an online timecard reporting and approval system in e-Campus. The Payroll Department and University Computing Systems have been rolling out a custom built online timecard system since March 2011. The final groups were migrated to the system in March 2012 and now 100% of URI State Employees are using online timecards. Now that we are moved to online timecards, there will be NO PAPER TIMECARDS in use.

Check out these online fact sheets:

Online Training Instructional Documentation

Everyone MUST watch one of the brief "How to..." videos** below to learn how to use the Online Timecard system. The training below is for everyone: time reporting AND approval.

Access these PDF files for instructions on items also covered in the online and in-person training:

**NOTE: The videos above are in MP4 (MPEG-4, a video compression format), designed specifically to accommodate low bandwidth media. You will need to have an MP4 player installed on your computer. There are many readily available programs including RealPlayer, QuickTime and iTunes that are capable of playing MP4 files. If you do not currently have one of these programs installed on your computer, you may download one for free by going to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.
