As of July 1st, 2004, all electron microscopy functions of the EMIF will be transferred to another department to be determined by the Office of Research. The light and scanning confocal microscopy functions of the EMIF will be consolidated into the Genomics and Sequencing Center (www.uri.edu/research/gsc).
