| The ZEISS Axioplan 2 imaging system utilizes the ZEISS AxioVision image acquisition and archiving software and the ZEISS KS-400 image processing and analysis program. AxioVision includes a wide range of image enhancement and measurement tools with fully integrated control of the microscope and camera as well as options for multi-channel fluorescence, time-lapse and Z-stack imaging. The KS-400 imaging software enables programmable macro operations, numerous functions for processing images, and modules for densitometry and 3D processing and deconvolution. |
