The JEOL 1200EX STEM microscope can operate at accelerating voltages from 10 to 120 kV. A goniometer stage allows for specimen tilting of ±60º in both TEM and SEM operating modes. The JEOL 1200EX also has an Oxford cryo-holder and twin-blade anti-contaminator which can be used to observe and photograph frozen thin films of liquid specimens at temperatures less then -140º C.
