Completing the Form
1. Click on the form name you would like to download. Follow the directions to save the file to disk. Your web browser may be configured with an Acrobat plug-in to automatically open the file within your browsers window upon download.
2. Use Adobe Reader (5.0 or newer) to open the file if necessary.
3. Select the hand tool from the Acrobat toolbar menu. You can use the hand tool to move the page around so that you can view all the areas on it.
4. Position the hand pointer inside a form field and click.
5. Press Tab to accept the field change and go to the next field.
6. Press Shift + Tab to accept the field change and go to the previous field.
7. Use your mouse to select an area of the form that is not inside a form field before printing your form. If a form field is active (contains the blinking bar) the contents will not print.
8. If the fill-in form is displayed within your web browsers window be sure to use the printer button on the Acrobat toolbar menu to print the form instead of your web browsers print function.
Note: For all who use our online Acrobat forms, if while opening the acrobat file from within Microsoft's Internet Explorer or Netscape's web browsing software packages, you already have Adobe Reader installed, and you either receive an error message while opening or you get a blank screen, please right click on the link of the file you want to view and click "save target to" or "save link as". Direct the file to save to your desktop, or some other folder where you keep your documents. Finally open the file by locating it on your drive and double clicking it. This should fix the errors you might receive.
