Billing Dates & Deadlines: Spring 2013

Week of December 10, 2012	Spring 2013 semester bills will be mailed to all registered students. Bills will be due in early January.
January 23, 2013	Spring 2013 semester begins. For information about tuition and fee adjustments for dropped courses, Leaves of Absence, and Withdrawals, go to: Billing Adjustment & Refund Information.
January 26, 2013	Last day to register without being assessed a late registration fee of $75.
February 5, 2013	End of add period - all bills will be re-assessed based on enrolled credits as of this date. NOTE: There will be no downward adjustment of tuition and fees for courses dropped after this date! For information about tuition and fee adjustments for dropped courses, Leaves of Absence, and Withdrawals, go to: Billing Adjustment & Refund Information.
February 8, 2013	Adjusted Spring semester bills mailed. Bills will be due at the end of February. Payment must be made by the due date printed on the bill to avoid registration/transcript holds and monthly late payment fees.
February 15, 2013	Acc/Sick Insurance Waiver deadline. To file a waiver, go to http://health.uri.edu/index.php.
March 1, 2013	Past due Spring semester bills mailed. Please be advised that unpaid balances are subject to registration/ transcript holds, and monthly late payment fees will be assessed as follows: $10 per month for balances between $50.01 and $399.99. $15 per month for balances between $400.00 and $999.99. $25 per month for balances of $1000 or more.

Attention: Summer 2013 billing invoices will be mailed the week of May 20 and payment will be due by June 13. Students are encouraged to view their billing statements online via e-Campus and use our online payment portal at www.uri.edu/es to pay their balance.
