Billing Dates & Deadlines: Fall 2012

Week of July 15, 2012	Fall 2012 semester bills will be mailed to all registered students. Bills will be due in late August.
September 5, 2012	Fall 2012 semester begins. For information about tuition and fee adjustments for dropped courses, Leaves of Absence, and Withdrawals, go to: Billing Adjustment & Refund Information.
September 8, 2012	Last day to register without being assessed a late registration fee of $75.
September 18, 2012	End of add period - all bills will be re-assessed based on enrolled credits as of this date. NOTE: There will be no downward adjustment of tuition and fees for courses dropped after this date! For information about tuition and fee adjustments for dropped courses, Leaves of Absence, and Withdrawals, go to: Billing Adjustment & Refund Information.
September 21, 2012	Adjusted Fall semester bills mailed. Bills will be due in early October. Payment must be made by the due date printed on the bill to avoid registration/transcript holds and monthly late payment fees.
October 1, 2012	Acc/Sick Insurance Waiver deadline. To file a waiver, go to http://health.uri.edu/index.php.
November 1, 2012	Past due Fall semester bills mailed. Please be advised that unpaid balances are subject to registration/ transcript holds, and monthly late payment fees will be assessed as follows: $10 per month for balances between $50.01 and $399.99. $15 per month for balances between $400.00 and $999.99. $25 per month for balances of $1000 or more.
NOTE:	Dates provided above are subject to change and should be used only as a guideline.

Attention: Summer 2013 billing invoices will be mailed the week of May 20 and payment will be due by June 13. Students are encouraged to view their billing statements online via e-Campus and use our online payment portal at www.uri.edu/es to pay their balance.
