Your transcript is the official record of all coursework, grades and degrees conferred at the University of Rhode Island. Academic Transcripts are ordered through the Office Enrollment Services. There is no charge for the service. Please note that students must fulfill all
financial obligations to the University before receiving transcripts.
Common Application: Important transcript request information
If you are a current or past URI student applying to another institution using the Common Application process, we are recommending that you continue to request your URI transcript through e-Campus. If the institution you are applying to requires completion of the Common Application Transfer Registrar Report, please forward that form to Enrollment Services and we will complete the form and forward it to the institution(s) you have indicated in your request. Please be sure to include the mailing address for each institution that requires the Common Application Transfer Registrar Report so that we can forward it to them without any delay. Requests can be submitted in person, by mail or by faxing us at 401.874.2910. All transcript requests should include the following:
Federal law requires that we receive the student's written signature on all transcript requests. Therefore, we are unable to accept transcript requests over the telephone or by e-mail. Transcripts will not be issued to students with outstanding financial obligations to the University. For security reasons, transcripts cannot be faxed from the Enrollment Services office. Transcripts issued or mailed directly to the student rather than to a third party will be stamped "Issued to Student."
