Transcript Services

Your transcript is the official record of all coursework, grades and degrees conferred at the University of Rhode Island. Academic Transcripts are ordered through the Office Enrollment Services. There is no charge for the service. Please note that students must fulfill all
financial obligations to the University before receiving transcripts.

If you began enrollment after 1982, it is recommended you request your transcript through e-Campus (First Time Users Register Here). Otherwise, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

How to Order a Transcript

Transcript request forms may be obtained in the Office Enrollment Services or at the bottom of this page. Requests can be submitted in person, by mail or by faxing us at 401.874.2910. Requests sent through the mail should be addressed to: Transcripts, University of Rhode Island, Office Enrollment Services, Green Hall, 6 Rhody Ram Way, Kingston, RI 02881.

All transcript requests should include the following:

Student name
Social Security number
Telephone number
Dates of attendance at URI
Addresses to which transcripts are to be mailed
Any prior names you used while attending URI
Student Signature

Federal law requires that we receive the student's written signature on all transcript requests. Therefore, we are unable to accept transcript requests over the telephone or by e-mail. Transcripts will not be issued to students with outstanding financial obligations to the University. For security reasons, transcripts cannot be faxed from the Enrollment Services office. Transcripts issued or mailed directly to the student rather than to a third party will be stamped "Issued to Student."

Attention: Summer 2013 billing invoices will be mailed the week of May 20 and payment will be due by June 13. Students are encouraged to view their billing statements online via e-Campus and use our online payment portal at www.uri.edu/es to pay their balance.
