Enrollment Verifications for Enrollment Status
Enrollment verifications are provided for enrollment status. Verifications of student enrollment are based on enrolled credits at the time the requests are processed.

Our institution has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as our agent for verifications of student enrollment. Please visit the Clearinghouse online at www.studentclearinghouse.org, or contact them by phone at (703) 742-4200 or fax to (703) 742-4239.

Enrollment Verifications for Auto Insurance Certification
Automobile insurance certification forms are completed by the Office of Enrollment Services for students considered to be in good academic standing by the insurance company. Please contact your insurance company for more information. See below for contact information on where your insurance company can send their verification forms.

Degree Verifications
Degree verifications are provided after degrees are posted to transcripts. Posting occurs approximately seven weeks after the official date of graduation.
Degree verification requests can be obtained via e-Campus. Requests will also be accepted by the Office of Enrollment Services via telephone by calling (401) 874-9500. Requests can also be mailed to the address below, or faxed to (401)874-2910.
