RhodyNet is our free online recruitment system which will allow you to post all types of jobs and internships. Additionally, you can manage your on-campus interview schedules, register for career events, and search our student database. To create an account or log into an existing account, click on this link (www.myinterfase.com/uri/employer) and follow the instructions on the page.

You can post jobs and internships by clicking on "My Jobs" from the horizontal menu and completing the form with information describing your opportunity.

Once you have created an account in RhodyNet, you can easily register for any upcoming career event. On the horizontal menu, click on “Career Events” and select the event you would like to attend. Much of your information will be pre-populated in the registration fields. We invite you to interview our students on campus for the positions you would like to fill. Through use of RhodyNet (Schedules) and assistance by our staff, you can create an interview schedule, have students apply, pre-select candidates you would like to meet, and arrive on-campus to interview those candidates. We welcome employers and community partners to participate in several ways to enhance the career development of our students. RhodyNet facilitates a Mentor program www.myinterfase.com/uri/mentor where students can reach out to mentors for career information. Panel discussions, classroom speakers, and information booths are other ways of connecting with our student population.
