  3. Disposition of Minutes of General Faculty - Graduate Faculty Meeting of December 10, 2009 (attached).

  4. Approval of degree certification for May 2010:
    a) Provost DeHayes: Undergraduate degrees;
    b) Dean Zawia: Graduate degrees.
