DEADLINES FOR
SUBMISSION OF CURRICULAR CHANGES
2008-2009
October 13, 2008:
Curricular materials must be received by the CAC and/or Graduate
Council for changes that are to go into effect for Spring 2009, to
appear in the 2009 Summer Session publication, and to be included in
the Fall 2009 Schedule of Courses.
November 20, 2008: Last
Faculty Senate Meeting for approval of any new courses that are to go
into effect for Spring 2009 or course changes to appear in the 2009
Summer Session publication, and to be included in the Fall 2009
Schedule of Courses.
February 11, 2009: Last
possible date for Curricular Affairs Committee and Graduate Council to
receive proposals for extensive curricular changes that are to go into
effect for Fall 2009 (i.e. significant revisions to curriculum
accompanied by several new, changed, and/or deleted courses).
March 5. 2009: Curricular
materials must be received by the CAC and/or Graduate Council for
changes that are to go into effect for Fall 2009 and to appear in the
Spring 2010 Schedule of Courses
March 19, 2009: Last
Faculty Senate Meeting for approval of course changes that are to go
into effect for Fall 2009 or to appear in the Spring 2010 Schedule of
Courses.
April 6, 2009:
Curricular materials must be received by the CAC and/or Graduate
Council for new courses and changes, to be included in the 2009-2010
UNIVERSITY CATALOG.
May 14, 2009: Last Faculty Senate Meeting for approval of
course changes that are to be included in the 2009-2010 UNIVERSITY
CATALOG.
