Introduction to history and development of classic letterpress printing, typography, and design; including application of theory and practice of typographic and printing design and techniques using printer's tools and equipment (Lec./Lab.) Pre: Graduate standing or permission of instructor

B. College of Environmental and Life Science

1. Department of Natural Resource Science

a. Temporary Course:

NRS 556X Tropical Marine Conservation (5)

Conservation of tropical coral reef, mangrove, sea grass and shoreline habitats. Laboratory sessions focus on field surveys and research techniques. (Lec. 3/Lab. 8, Lab taught in Virgin Islands) Pre: 223 or BIO 262 and permission of instructor; SCUBA certification recommended

1. Clinical Laboratory Science Program

a. Change:

Change the program requirements for the biotechnology specialization to delete CHE 574 and add MIC 422

b. Cross-list:

1. Physical Therapy Program

a. Changes:

PHT 525 change number of credits to 1-3, repeatable for a maximum of 3 total credits

PHT 535 change description and number of credits to read:

(1-3) Completion of an investigation into a problem of basic or applied physical therapy science. Data collection completed, results summarized, and conclusions relating findings to previous studies formulated. (Independent Study) Pre: 525 or permission of instructor. May be repeated for a maximum of 3 total credits.
