The University College and General Education
Committee considered the following matters at their meeting of
December 4, 2003. They are now presented to the Faculty Senate for
confirmation.
I. Fine Arts and Literature
Core Area (A)
The UCGE Committee recommends that
the Faculty Senate approve the following courses for the (A) area of
the revised General Education Program (2001), including the
assignment of the Diversity designation:
1) ENG 160 (or CLS 160)
