Temporary Course Newsletter

The following temporary course has been proposed this month:

OCE 473X Foundations of Musical Acoustics (I or II, 3)
Fundamentals of musical acoustics. Vibrations, waves and sound. Analysis of complex waves and music synthesizers. Hearing and voice. Music temperament and pitch. Woodwind, brass and string instruments. Not for graduate credit in Engineering or for use as an undergraduate elective in Engineering. (Lec. 3) Stepanishen. APPROVED.

Faculty members who wish to register comments have seven days to contact Chet Hickox, Chairperson, Curricular Affairs Committee (X4-4318).

The Temporary Course Newsletter is distributed on the last weekday of each month, as required, throughout the calendar year. Proposed temporary courses received by the 25th of the month will be printed in that month's edition of the Temporary Course Newsletter.
