Temporary Course Newsletter

The following temporary course has been proposed this month:

EGR 110X Introduction to Robotics (3)
Introduction to robots and their components; actuators, sensors, microcontrollers, communication, and power sources. Integration of robots to complete specific tasks such as pick-and-place, obstacle course navigation, robot races. Pre: MTH 099 or equivalent.

KIN 250X Intermediate Sailing (2)
Students will learn intermediate sailing techniques including sloop rigged dinghies and keel boats, spinnaker use, trapezing and introductory racing. Pre: KIN 210 or permission of instructor.

 

Faculty members who wish to register comments have seven days to contact Norbert Mundorf, Chairperson, Curricular Affairs Committee (X4-4725).

 

The Temporary Course Newsletter is distributed on the last weekday of each month, as required, throughout the calendar year. Proposed temporary courses received by the 25th of the month will be printed in that month's edition of the Temporary Course Newsletter.
