GEO 920X Geoscience Workshop for Teachers (1-3)
Current issues in Geosciences. Specific topics offered for in-service teachers and administrators. May be repeated with different topic. (Workshop/Online) Pre: teacher certification. Topic for Spring 2012: Global Warming APPROVED
KIN 444X Selected Topics in Cardiology (3)
Designed to provide an understanding of the structural and functional pathophysiological mechanisms underlying specific disease states. Selected current articles in each topic area will be expected. Content and approach will help students understand how basic scientific research findings enhance clinical practices in cardiology (Lec. 3) Pre: anatomy and physiology. Not for graduate credit. REPOSTED IN DECEMBER FOR GRADUATE CREDIT
