TEMPORARY COURSE NEWSLETTER

The following temporary courses have been proposed this month:

BUS 475X Technical Analysis of Stocks (3)

A study of different technical indicators used in the analysis of stocks. Applications of indicators in different market environments; the development of automated trading systems. (Lec. 3) Pre: BAC 110 and 120 and 202 and FIN 301. APPROVED

FIN 431X Fixed Income Security Analysis (3)

The course is designed to acquaint the students with the institutional arrangement and pricing of various fixed income securities such as convertible bonds, mortgage loans and mortgage-backed securities. (Lec. 3) Pre: 301 and 331. APPROVED

Faculty members who wish to register comments have seven days  to contact Barbara Luebke, Chairperson, Curricular Affairs Committee (X4-5490)  and/or Janett Trubatch, Chairperson, Graduate Council (X42262).

The TEMPORARY COURSE NEWSLETTER is distributed on the last weekday of each month, as required, throughout the calendar year. Proposed temporary courses received by the 25th of the month will be printed in that month's edition of the TEMPORARY COURSE NEWSLETTER.
