Rhody Goes Green: Dorm Competition

Location: URI Residence Halls
During the month of November, we will be holding a competition to see which dorm can reduce its energy usage by the highest percentage. The winning dorm will receive a free pizza party, as well as the title of "greenest" (and best) dorm on campus!! We're also working with SEC to add something else to the prize, but nothing is guaranteed yet...we'll let you know what's happening as soon as there is a definite plan.
Reducing your energy usage can help save the environment, as well as money, which not only makes you feel good about yourself, but can help you develop helpful habits for when you move off campus and have to pay for utilities yourself.
