Terms and Conditions for Posting a Rental Ad on GSA's "Apartments for Rent" Webpage

1. Any person may submit a rental ad to the GSA to be posted on the "Apartments for Rent" webpage.
2. There is no charge for submitting or posting a rental ad on the GSA website.
3. There is no limit to the number of ad's posted for any one person at any given time.
4. All rental ads must be for housing only.
5. All rental ads posted will automatically be removed after 30 days. Expired ads may be reposted to the website by the leasor or ad author if desired.
6. One or more GSA executive officers will review submitted rental ads for approval before actual posting to the website. The review process may take up to 24hrs.
7. The GSA executive committee reserves the right to deny requests to post rental ads and remove ads from the website -- for any reasons.
8. The GSA and any of its members or executive officers are not liable for disagreements between leasors and leasees. The GSA is not liable for any losses to any person who uses or posts information on the "Apartments for Rent" website. The GSA is also not liable for any errors in posting. It is the responsibility of the poster to ensure that their postings are accurate and reliable.
9. The GSA may change or amend these rules or (Terms and Conditions) at any time.

If you're interested in becoming a department senator, please send a message to any of the officers or simply attend a meeting of the GSA. Department senators that attend two meetings in a semester get a $75 stipend as well.
