Description: Hi all, I just applied an apartment at graduate village and will sign the lease soon on May 30th. It is a newly renovated apartment, second floor,3-bedroom. So i need to recruit new roommates now. There will be TWO rooms available, the big one and the small one, since i choose to live in the mid-sized room. We will share the kitchen, living room and bathroom among the three of us. The total monthly rent would be basic monthly rent (differs slightly based on the room size,+/- 10$ approximately) plus 1/3 utility. The rooms will be available from May 30th, 2013.
