Call for Nominations from Departments for Graduate Awards 2013-2014

The deadline for nominations is 1 March 2013.

Please fill out the nomination form for the appropriate award.

Once you've completed the form save it and attach it in an email to uri.gradawards@gmail.com

In the subject line please include the type of award (Tuition Scholarship, Fellowship or Diversity Awards) the student's last name, first name and ID number.
For example, "Fellowship - Smith, John - 1002XX349" or "Diversity Awards- Smith, John - 1002XX349"

Please be sure to include in the email all necessary attachments and all back-up documentation that is requested within the nomination form in a zip file and rename it to include the type of award (Tuition Scholarship, Fellowship or Diversity Awards) the student's last name, first name and ID number.
