Application Procedures for Exchange Students
• Recommended deadlines: End of October for fall admission, end of April for spring admission
• Required documents for Admission
- Application for admission (using designated form)
- Certificate of enrolment
- Official transcripts
- A letter of recommendation issued by President or Dean
- Autobiography and study plan (using designated form)
- 1 Photos (3×4㎝)
- Bank statement with deposit of more than U$ 5,000
• The application should be consulted and processed between designated staff members at home and host institutions, not on an individual basis.
• Graduate students can get an official admission only after being reviewed and approved by the department or laboratory of their chosen fields.
