The Second Steering Committee for Global U-7 consortium was held at Xiamen University, P. R. China, during the period of February 25 through February 27. The main purpose of this Second Steering Committee is to elaborate on the results of the First Steering Committee and to prepare upcoming Presidential Meeting on April 29th at Inha University.

Outcome of the Second Steering Committee Meeting

The Second Steering Committee for Global U-7 Consortium was held successfully at Xiamen University, P. R. China.  To see its results, please refer to following attached five files.

1. Agreement of Global U-7 Consortium
         -This is the agreement to be signed by the presidents of U-7 on April 29th.   

2. Incheon Declaration
         -This is to be declared by the chair of Council of Presidents after signing the agreement. The content is reflective of the Agreement, and it is for press release.

3.  Joint-announcement
         -As with the declaration, this is used again for press release. It explains the history and future prospects of U-7.

4. Rapporteur's report
         -This is the report by the official Rapporteur.

5. Minutes
         -This is the minutes of the second steering committee, it explaines all the details of the meeting.
