Mission The Human Capital Management (HCM) team supports the University’s mission by focusing on the need to provide the support for its faculty and staff to pursue excellence in the State’s public learner-centered research facility. The HCM team provides the university community with the most efficient, reliable, secure and flexible platform for the storage and dissemination of human capital management information possible. As a diverse group with team members from Human Resources, Budget and Payroll, the HCM Team supports the University through the analysis and implementation of the Human Capital Management side of the university’s administrative computer system. Through research, thorough testing, customizations, innovative training and dedicated end-user support the HCM team provides the vital administrative infrastructure the University relies upon for all of its human capital management data needs. |
Supporting HCM users at the main campus in Kingston, the Bay Campus and at the Providence CCE campus is a top priority of the HCM Team. |
User training is offered throughout the year by the HCM Team. |
