Classroom Media Assistance - Providing technical support to faculty members using classrooms with media racks, as well as faculty that borrow equipment.

Computer Lab Monitor - Supervise an on-campus computer lab. Tasks include helping users with the Copico system and refilling printers with paper.

Phone Operator - Provides directory assistance for users calling URI's main line, 874-1000.

Help Desk - Providing technical support to the URI community. Support includes Microsoft Office, McAfee Antivirus, URI e-mail, and e-Campus.
Help Desk employees provide support over the phone, in person and through instant messaging.
Requires regular training in URI service and technological advances.
