Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is available at the financial institution of your choice. Your entire biweekly paycheck can be electronically transferred and deposited in either a checking or savings account. The entire process takes approximately three pay periods.
A Direct Deposit Form is available in Human Resources by calling 874-2416 or by downloading it from this page and sending it to Nancy Gardner.
For your convenience the Rhode Island Credit Union offers direct deposit and full banking services.
RI Credit Union is located in the Memorial Union on the Kingston campus.

Remember:
Upon returning from a leave you will need to complete a new Direct Deposit Form.
For Internal Payroll Employees, Graduate Assistants, Graduate Research Assistants, please complete the Direct Deposit information located within the Self Service link in PeopleSoft.. Contact the Payroll Office with any questions.
