Manage the operation of the Student Affairs division of the Dean’s Office of the College of the Environment and Life Sciences. Required: Master’s degree, preferably in higher education administration, student development or related field; a minimum of 5 years’ experience in academic advising, enrollment services and/or academic administration; experience working with diverse student populations; superior computer, written, and oral communication skills; supervisory experience and the ability to function independently and collaboratively in a complex academic environment with minimal supervision; counseling skills, and the ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment; and an understanding of the role of academic services in the life sciences.
