Salary
Range: $53,055-$66,960 (Full
time/calendar year rate). Responsible for the overall coordination of the
distance-learning mission of the Alan Shawn Feinstein College of Continuing
Education (ASF CCE), including, but not limited to: support for the adoption of
distance learning technology in face-to-face and on-line classes; on-site
training programs. Work with faculty on
all campuses to develop, enhance, and market high quality on-line educational
opportunities (e.g., clinical laboratory science, creative writing, etc.). Required: Master's degree from an accredited
institution, preferably in an academic discipline in the humanities or social
sciences; three years' experience in designing and/or administering
college-level course management software; strong writing and editing skills;
experience with desktop publishing, Web page design and maintenance, graphics,
presentation, audio and video editing; ability to work with course content
across many disciplines; ability to teach and consult on basic computer skills;
ability to create and work with spreadsheets, databases, forms and reports;
demonstrated interest in leading-edge software and technology; strong
interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Preferred: Experience in the development, marketing and

Salary Range: $49,296-$61,706 (Full
time/calendar year rate). Assist in fulfilling the educational mission and goals
of the Center for Student Leadership Development. Coordinate programs and advise student
organizations with regard to leadership issues and all aspects of co-curricular
involvement. Master's degree in higher
education, counseling, college student personnel or related field required, as
is one to three years of professional experience in college student
affairs/higher education (may include relevant graduate degree work). Must have experience in leadership
development or related field, and leadership development and training,
including facilitation and program development.
Must have demonstrated extensive experience working with demographically
diverse and traditionally underrepresented and oppressed groups (i.e., race,
culture, gender, and sexual orientation).
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and
verbal communication skills. The
following are preferred: classroom teaching experience or teaching assistance
in a leadership area; ropes course facilitation experience and technical
skills; ropes training and/or outdoor education experience; athletics,
activism, and/or multicultural leadership development experience; marketing or
