Marine Research Associate II, PSA, (New), Graduate School of Oceanography.  Salary Range: $45,745-$57,232 (Full Time/calendar year rate).  Position is limited to 2/14/2010 with extension contingent on funding. Responsible for providing substantial technical and research support for CRC’s national, regional and local coastal and watershed management efforts.  Required:  Master's degree required in Marine Affairs or related field, plus minimum of two years of experience working in a marine-based business and/or not-for profit planning, and/or environmental education organization; prior experience as a trainer, including leading team building exercises and developing and presenting marine education curricula; excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Must have published in peer-reviewed journal. Must have own transportation and be able to travel in-state to attend weeknight and weekend meetings.
