Position Description

Title of Position: Associate Research Professor

BASIC FUNCTION:

Conduct economic and community development extension and outreach research on issues germane to the missions and programs of the College of the Environment & Life Sciences. Develop and maintain a focused extension research and outreach agenda related to community and economic development aspects of CELS programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: Ph.D. in community planning or closely related field, and a demonstrated working knowledge of economic and community development and governmental structure and dynamics. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at local, state and federal levels and with a successful record of publications and teaching experience.
