If you have any questions about this procedure, please contact the Office of Enrollment Services at 401-874-9500.

You will then proceed to the Quad where you will be seated. President Dooley will speak, confer honorary degrees, and introduce commencement speakers and special guests. After the main ceremony, you will be escorted by an HSS Faculty Marshal to Keaney Gym, where the HSS Graduation Ceremony will take place. Your individual recognition of graduation will take place at the HSS ceremony, not at the main commencement ceremony.
  4. Attend the College of Human Science and Services Ceremony immediately following the main commencement ceremony: After the main ceremony an HSS Faculty Marshal will lead you down the hill to Keaney Gym. Please carry this card with you on graduation day, do not give it to a family member to hold as you may not see them until after the ceremony. If you have a name that is difficult to pronounce, please call (401) 874-2125 or stop by the Dean's office BEFORE graduation to go over the pronunciation with us.
