Outcomes:
After Year 2, at least two non-traditional routes to certification will be established and at least 20 mentors will have been trained for this program. After Year 3, at least 20 teachers will be certified and highly qualified in high needs areas through the non-traditional route.
Measure:
The number of teachers in the identified high needs fields in the school districts that sponsor the program who meet the definition of highly qualified.
