Health Studies majors are encouraged to complete internships for the opportunity to apply theory to practice in the field. Internships provide students with the opportunity to develop skills, gain experience, and further define career goals. Interested Health Studies work Center for Career and Experiential Education at URI to identify placements and students should meet with their academic advisor before registering for internship credits.
