| The Office of Teacher Education (OTE)
provides a variety of services for the University's education
community. OTE facilitates student teaching placements for
the Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle Level, Secondary, Music,
and Physical Education programs. In addition, the office
arranges other appropriate pre-professional field experiences for
students enrolled in the School of Education. It also serves as
a source for a variety of information including teacher
certification, RI Department of Education regulations, and for
information on assessments related to admission to the School of
Education and teacher certification. |
