Hi, I'm Phyllis Carella Penhallow. I am an early childhood specialist and have been working at URI for 15 years in a variety of roles in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies. Currently, I am a part-time lecturer in HDF teaching one course every semester and serve as an academic advisor for HDF majors and Early Childhood Education. I have been in the human development field for over 22 years and really enjoy working with URI students across the many fields we offer in the College of Human Science and Services. I really look forward to being a faculty mentor for you through the Butterfield LLC and other opportunities for HSS students and working with you to make your first year at URI a wonderful one!
