Directions
FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-95 South to Exit 9 (Route 4 South), follow Route 4 to Route 1 South. Stay on Route 1 until the intersection of Route 138 West. Route 138 West will bring you to the University, where you will go by the main entrance at the traffic light. Continue on Route 138 West down the hill and past the tennis courts on the right. Take the next right entry road, and proceed around a one story brick building on your right. Park in the lot behind this building, and enter the building in the main doors in the center. The Physical Therapy Program is located in Suite J, toward the tennis court side of the building.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Take I-95 North to Exit 3A (Route 138 East). Continue east on Route 138. Approximately 0.3 miles from the traffic light junction with Route 110, turn left into the entry road marked by the Independence Square II sign. If you pass the tennis courts on your left, you have gone too far. Proceed around a one story brick building on your right. Park in the lot behind this building, and enter the building in the main doors in the center. The Physical Therapy Program is located in Suite J, toward the tennis court side of the building.

The Physical Therapy Department at URI participates in the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). Applicants for the 2014 entering class can apply online using the PTCAS Web application, beginning in July 2013. To learn more about the PTCAS application process, please visit www.ptcas.org.
